SHIPPING & RETURNS
When you receive your order confirmation, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are unable to replace orders that are lost because of an incorrect shipping address at checkout. If you catch an error, send a note to hi@littleartshop.co ASAP! We can make changes until you receive shipping confirmation. We check emails before shipping and will gladly edit your address for you.
Orders are shipped out of our shop in Catskill, New York via USPS. Orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in product description. You will receive a tracking number when we prepare your order for shipment. Your tracking number won’t update immediately. It often takes 1-3 days for USPS to pick up and scan your order.
Once USPS receives your order, it becomes that carrier’s responsibility. Little Art Shop is no longer liable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please remember that as a small business, we have access to just as much information as you do when tracking your order.
If you received notification of delivery but cannot locate your order, please check with your mail carrier ~ sometimes orders are scanned while still on the truck. We have found that “delivered” orders make their way to their destination a few days later.
Thank you for understanding that we are a small business and cannot afford to pay to replace lost and stolen packages. We wish we could pay for all of USPS's errors because we love our customers so much but we cannot. Here is info about filing a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#
If your order is returned to us because of an error in the address or an inability to deliver, we will contact you. We’ll ask you if you’d like us to process a refund minus shipping fees OR re-ship it for you. If you’d like us to reship it for you, we’ll invoice you for the exact amount it costs us to purchase the new shipping label.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We know shipping internationally is very expensive! We don't make money off of shipping and wish we had a more affordable option to offer.
Please note that international orders are shipped at the risk of the shopper. We ship all international orders via USPS and will be handed off to your local postal company. It can take up to 6 weeks to receive your order! If you received notification of delivery but cannot find it, it might be held at your local postal office for you to pay additional custom fees, which Little Art Shop is not responsible for.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At this point, we are unable to offer exchanges but will happily assist you with your return. If we made a mistake when packing your order or your item is faulty, email hi@littleartshop.co so we can make it right.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Email hi@littleartshop.co to initiate a return. Returned items must be sent back in the condition they arrived. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Please email us once you have sent your return so we can keep an eye out for your package. We'll refund you when we receive your return.
